We are a team of committed volunteers who believe in “justice for all”.  Faith motivates our service.  We serve all low-income individuals.  Let our attorneys and support team help you put together a plan to address your legal concerns.  You can make an appointment by clicking "GET HELP" below or call toll-free (855) 818-4554 to schedule.  Goodnews Church Chicago Gospel Justice Center sees clients on the First Saturday of the month.  The cost is $30.  Please have any documents you want reviewed ready.  We hope to be of service to you.

Volunteer Positions

  • LAWYER

    We provide you with insurance, resources and a support team. You provide hope and a few hours a month.

  • HOSPITALITY

    Help provide coffee, treats and watch children while parent is with lawyer.

  • INTAKE SPECIALIST

    Greet clients, help with forms, and enter data into our online system.

  • PRAYER CHAMPION

    Pray for client meeting times, arrange to write prayer cards, and assemble client folders.

  • CLIENT ADVOCATE

    Review plan of action with client and connect with other legal, spiritual and social resources.

  • INTERPRETER

    Let us know what language(s) you speak.

  • PHONE FOLLOW-UP

    Check in with client to see how they are doing with their plan, offer encouragement, and any additional resources.
